In 2017, I asked James to quote me for renovations to our house, comprising of an extension to our lounge, creating a new face to the front of the house, with new patio doors and a lush new balcony with a glass banister. This extension also created a new bedroom/office that I now use for my daily work. I was pleasantly surprised when James provided me with the quote, as this was way better than I had expected, so we agreed for the work to commence. For the whole 2 months that James and his team were with us, they showed total professionalism in their attitude and punctuality and the quality of their work was exceptional. The quality of work is important but also these guys are in your house daily, and they were an absolute pleasure to talk to and we had some good laughs whilst they were with us! Whilst James and his team were with us, we liked their work so much, that we asked for additional work to be done, including a new bathroom. Once again, James was punctual with a quote and this was another great surprise for the work that had to be done, which involved a total gutting of the old bathroom, condensing the size of the window and then a total new bathroom to be installed. James suggested a heated floor to compliment the job and whilst we were initially hesitant, we agreed, and we would never be without it now! A brilliant idea! We have had so many compliments from friends and family on the work we have had done, thanks to James and his team.
